Star, also known as the Order of the Lion of Judah 
or the Order of the Ethiopian Lion. 
Instituted in 1924 under Empress Zewditu I and 
Regent Tafari Makonnen (later Haile Selassie). 
This is an early 1930s unmarked piece by the 
prestigious French maker Arthus Bertrand, Paris. 
Scarce senior class award, highly collectible.
