Italy WW2 MVSN Medal of the 101st Legion Division Libica of the Blackshirts Militia for the Ethiopian Campaign 1935 1936

ITALY: WW2-era Commemorative Medal awarded 
to members of the 101st Legion (Division) "Libica" 
(Libian) of the Blackshirts (Militia MVSN), for their 
participation in the Ethiopian Campaign (1935 - 
1936),  notably the Battles of Amba Aradam (Battle 
of Enderta) and the Battle of Taga Taga, in 1936.
Crafted in bronze, the medal measures 24 mm in 
diameter—a small format, but not a miniature or 
reduced version. 
An important item for collectors of Fascist Italy 
or colonial campaign medals.
A scarce medal.
